Why does Lars Clausen work with fibromyalgia?
I’m Lars Clausen. People often ask why I’m choosing to work with people who have fibromyalgia symptoms.
And also, “how did you get involved in healing?”
Good Questions – I certainly didn’t start my journey from this place.
What did Lars Clausen do before fibromyalgia and healing
I’ve worked on windmills in Denmark as a mechanical engineer, pastored a church in Nome, Alaska with Inupiat Eskimos, led a campus ministry in Michigan, set a Guinness world record unicycling through all 50 states. Most of that was with my family – daughter in college, son a senior in high school – and wife Anne adventuring through all the years together.
A surprising turn toward healing
In the past couple of years, I’ve surprised myself with how deeply I’ve become interested in emotional and physical healing and pain relief. Even more surprising was developing a healing technique, The ICE Method, that is proving extraordinarily effective Publishing my book was a big step along the way – FIBROMYALGIA RELIEF: A SCIENCE-BASED APPROACH TO HEALING BODY, MIND, and SPIRIT. Lars Clausen: “My two goals for Fibromyalgia Relief.”
First, Myfibromyalgiarelief.com is about sharing The ICE Method more broadly than I can do with individual sessions here in little Chelan, Washington. And second, even more importantly, myfibromyalgiarelief.com is about creating a community of resources and support that will help people with fibromyalgia to enjoy better health.
I’ve worked with people for other issues besides fibromyalgia – back pain, neuropathy, anxiety, polymyalgia rheumatica, and post-traumatic-stress-disorder. That one, PTSD, is a major interest for me, partly because a fair number of people with fibro have some PTSD, but also because I’d love to be part of the solution for all the war veterans, past and current, who are debilitated by the nightmare of PTSD.
Thank you – I hope you’ll find this Myfibromyalgiarelief Community to be a game-changer for your life. I’m always looking for suggestions to improve my methods, improve this website, and improve the community that together we are creating.
If you’re not already a part of this community for fibromyalgia pain relief, I invite you to check out the monthly, annual, and free options.
