    • PTSD – Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
      The ICE Method is effective for PTSD because it replaces distressing stored peptides with emotionally calm peptides. This process can occur no matter the severity of the trauma. As the developer of The ICE Method, I've used it with great success for people with PTSD. I have plans for publishing a book about PTSD and The ICE Method, and then creating a specific support community for PTSD, just like we have for fibromyalgia. So, please, if you have experience with PTSD, let's engage The ICE Method, learn from each other, and create a resource that we can share with the millions of others who suffer the ongoing effects of PTSD.
